Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites and web applications.
Strong understanding of PHP, front-end technologies – including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap 4.
Experience using Git and GitHub/Others for source control. Your Projects link is Plus.
Understanding of SEO principles.
Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe XD, Photoshop and Figma.
Convert PSD to HTML or build HTML design based on Adobe XD/ Photoshop/ Figma.
Collaborate with design, project management, and client teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on-time.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins, and integrate third-party plugins as required.
Debug and fix bugs and issues, and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical problems.
Optimize websites and web applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends, and suggest improvements to the development team.
Maintain best practices, responsiveness, pixel perfection, and quality code
Ensure website and application security by performing regular security audits and implementing best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Both males and females are allowed to apply (Age at least 25 years) with 2 to 6 years experience.
Strong understanding of modern, mobile-first website and web apps development with aesthetic clarity
Solid comprehension of WordPress, WordPress theme development, and WordPress website maintenance (handling front & back end)
HTML5, CSS, Good command on JavaScript (Ajax, Jquery, React)
Should have knowledge of working with MySQL Database, Oracle etc
Strong knowledge of API. Developing Restful API using Laravel/Nodejs
Advanced knowledge of Server/cPanel/Hosting
Very good understanding of Responsive Web Design/Admin Panel with Bootstrap, Tailwind etc.
Experience in building modern web applications/software by using any framework.
Experienced in using Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery and other page builders.
Skilled in speed optimization techniques
Experienced in CDN deployment using Cloudflare etc.
Ability to deploy servers on cloud environments like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean etc.
Should know about API Integration like YouTube, Facebook, Google, SMS, and Payment Gateway.
Ability to make Android and iOS apps will add value.
